Pastoral

From our evangelising mission in the Church, as a Vincentian Catholic School, we are all aware of the importance of Pastoral Care. We want to promote it, update it, make it concrete, and deliver it in a more vibrant and effective way to the entire educational community.

The pastoral action of the centre not only aims to encompass the curricular and celebratory aspects, but we also want to integrate all areas, experiences, and spaces of our school. When we say Pastoral, we are referring to an atmosphere that envelops our entire being and doing in the centre, both implicit and explicit Pastoral.

According to the levels, ages, and characteristics of the group, we implement techniques and use resources that help our students create an atmosphere of inner and outer prayer. Personal and group prayers, both in the morning prayer and those that take place on special occasions, are essential moments in our centre.

Throughout the course, we held various celebrations, some of which are:

  • Saint Vincent de Paul (27 September)
  • Our Lady of the Pillar (12th of October)
  • Miraculous Virgin (27th November)
  • Advent
  • Christmas
  • The Candlemas
  • Lent
  • Penitential celebrations
  • Saint Louise de Marillac (9 May)
  • Month of Mary (May)
  • End of Course

Throughout the course, activities for teacher training are carried out, for which we make use of talks, conferences, and personal and group reflection activities.

On the occasion of liturgical times or festivities specific to the College, some form of celebration and gathering is anticipated.

Vincentian Marian Youth (VMY)

It is an International Association whose aim is to revive the values of Christian life to illuminate human realities and to commit to building a fairer society by living in solidarity with the poor.

In our school, the JMV groups start from Year 5 of Primary and are open to any children, teenagers, and young people who wish to participate.

The meetings are weekly and take place outside of school hours. In addition, they are held:
